How to Make YELLOW SQUASH PIE by EDDIE
- Cube and cook yellow squash in a small amount of water until tender. Drain and cool.
- In a blender blend eggs, cinnamon, and honey. Add cooked cooled squash to blender blend together 2 to 3 minutes.
- Pour into a unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes then 350 degrees for 35 minutes more until set
- Half way through baking spread bread crumbs on top of pie.
- Cool then refrigerate until cold.
