    french cut style green beans (drained)
  • 1 medium
    onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 1 can(s)
    reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c
    reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    french fried onions

How to Make WEIGHT WATCHER GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. PREHEAT OVEN 350. SPRAY 8" SQUARE PAN. OPEN GREEN BEANS, DRAIN AND POUR INTO LARGE BOWL.
  2. SPRAY NONSTICK SKILLET AND SET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND SUGAR, COOKING AND STIRRING UNTIL THEY START TO BROWN (5 TO 6 MINUTES). TRANSFER ONION TO BOWL WITH BEANS. )
  3. STIR IN SOUP, CHEESE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND GARLIC POWDER.
  4. POUR INTO BAKING PAN. BAKE 25 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH FRENCH FRIED ONIONS AND BAKE UNTIL BROWN (5 MINUTES MORE
