I actually like this recipe better than the old recipe for Green Bean Casserole. There is more flavor. Enjoy!

  • 2 cans french cut style green beans (drained)
  • 1 medium onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup french fried onions

How To Make weight watcher green bean casserole

  • Step 1
    PREHEAT OVEN 350. SPRAY 8" SQUARE PAN. OPEN GREEN BEANS, DRAIN AND POUR INTO LARGE BOWL.
  • Step 2
    SPRAY NONSTICK SKILLET AND SET OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONIONS AND SUGAR, COOKING AND STIRRING UNTIL THEY START TO BROWN (5 TO 6 MINUTES). TRANSFER ONION TO BOWL WITH BEANS. )
  • Step 3
    STIR IN SOUP, CHEESE, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE, AND GARLIC POWDER.
  • Step 4
    POUR INTO BAKING PAN. BAKE 25 MINUTES. SPRINKLE WITH FRENCH FRIED ONIONS AND BAKE UNTIL BROWN (5 MINUTES MORE
