walking salad !

This is a fun salad to make ahead for picnics, brunches, parties, Bar-B-Ques, Holidays or any day! I made these again today, and the kids loved them! I don't serve them with anything.... just the fresh veggies! But I do have dip or dressing available.... The kids were happy with plain veggies! :) Have Fun With Your Food!

Ingredients

  • SALAD
  • 3 sticks celery
  • 2 large carrots
  • 10 large green beans
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • CONTAINERS
  • 4 small (5 ounce) clear plastic drinking glasses

How To Make walking salad !

  • Step 1
    Wash all the veggies. Cut the celery and carrots into 6 inch long sticks (or close... your choice).
  • Step 2
    Cut green beans to a length about the same as the others.
  • Step 3
    Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeded area. Cut into sticks.
  • Step 4
    Cut the ends off of the radishes.
  • Step 5
    Put some of each ingredient into the plastic cups.
  • Step 6
    *** If you want to add a small amount of dip or ranch dressing to the bottom of the cups you can... Optional.
