Walking Salad !

This is a fun salad to make ahead for picnics, brunches, parties, Bar-B-Ques, Holidays or any day!

I made these again today, and the kids loved them! I don't serve them with anything.... just the fresh veggies! But I do have dip or dressing available.... The kids were happy with plain veggies! :)

Ingredients

SALAD

3 stick
celery
2 large
carrots
10 large
green beans
1
cucumber
1 bunch
radishes

CONTAINERS

4 small
(5 ounce) clear plastic drinking glasses

How to Make Walking Salad !

Step-by-Step

  • 1Wash all the veggies. Cut the celery and carrots into 6 inch long sticks (or close... your choice).
  • 2Cut green beans to a length about the same as the others.
  • 3Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeded area. Cut into sticks.
  • 4Cut the ends off of the radishes.
  • 5Put some of each ingredient into the plastic cups.
  • 6*** If you want to add a small amount of dip or ranch dressing to the bottom of the cups you can... Optional.
