  • ½ c
    (about 12) triscuit crackers, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, and carrots or cauliflower), thawed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • ½ c
    sour cream
  • ½ c
    shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c
    chopped onions

How to Make VERY VEGGIE CASSEROLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cracker crumbs and butter until completely blended.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-qt. casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated.
  4. Serve as a side dish with any meat of your choice.
