Ingredients
- ½ cup (about 12) triscuit crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, red pepper, and carrots or cauliflower), thawed and drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) sliced water chestnuts, drained
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
How To Make very veggie casserole

Step 1Mix cracker crumbs and butter until completely blended.

Step 2Combine remaining ingredients in a 1-qt. casserole and top with remaining crumb mixture.

Step 3Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 35-40 minutes or until heated.
