I added apples to a slaw recipe and liked the taste so much, I now make this for almost all my cook-outs.

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 - red apple, unpeeled, cored, chopped
- 1 - grannysmith apple, unpeeled, cored, chopped
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 - finely chopped green onions
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make veggie and fruit slaw

Step 1In lg bowl, mix veggies and fruit. In medium bowl whisk together remaining igredients. Pour dressing over veggies and fruit. Gently toss to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
