How to Make TANGY BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Step-by-Step

  1. Place water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Ass bouillon cube, stir until dissolved. Add brussels sprouts, return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Add onion and tarragon vinegar. Makes 4 servings.
