Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 - chicken flavored bouillon cube
  • 10 ounces pkg. brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar

How To Make tangy brussels sprouts

  • Step 1
    Place water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Ass bouillon cube, stir until dissolved. Add brussels sprouts, return to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-6 minutes, or until tender. Drain. Add onion and tarragon vinegar. Makes 4 servings.
