8 mediumcarrots, sliced diagonally
1/2 ccatalina dressing
2 Tbspbrown sugar
2 stickworcestershire sauce
2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How to Make SWEET GLAZED CARROTS
- Cook carrots in boiling water in medium saucepan, until crisp tender; drain. Return to saucepan. Add dressing, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, stir until evenly coated. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sugar is completely melted and carrots are coated with the glaze, stirring often. Stir in parsley. Makes 8 servings.
