- 8 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
- 1/2 cup catalina dressing
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 sticks worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
How To Make sweet glazed carrots

Step 1Cook carrots in boiling water in medium saucepan, until crisp tender; drain. Return to saucepan. Add dressing, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, stir until evenly coated. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until sugar is completely melted and carrots are coated with the glaze, stirring often. Stir in parsley. Makes 8 servings.
