How to Make Sweet and sour carrots as side dish
- 1pill carrots and cut both ends
- 2cut carrots in 3rd and then in half, then rinse.
- 3Add the carrots, sugar and water in a 2 quart pan. Bring to boil on the stove top, reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes.Don't let it get soft. Add lime juice and cook until only 2 or 3 tablespoons of water left. Serve as side dish with meat, fish or chicken. easy and delicious.
