Ingredients

2 pkg
10oz. each frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c
milk, whole
4 Tbsp
butter, melted
8 Tbsp
cracker meal
2 c
diced munster cheese
4
eggs
1 pkg
seasoned croutons

How to Make Spinach Souffle

Step-by-Step

  • 1Microwave the spinach for 5 minutes. Add all in the ingredients except eggs and croutons. DON'T DRAIN SPINACH!
  • 2Beat eggs and add to slightly cooled spinach. Pour into a greased casserole. Top with Croutons and bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
