Ingredients
- 2 packages 10oz. each frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup milk, whole
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 8 tablespoons cracker meal
- 2 cups diced munster cheese
- 4 - eggs
- 1 package seasoned croutons
How To Make spinach souffle

Step 1Microwave the spinach for 5 minutes. Add all in the ingredients except eggs and croutons. DON'T DRAIN SPINACH!

Step 2Beat eggs and add to slightly cooled spinach. Pour into a greased casserole. Top with Croutons and bake uncovered 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
