- 2-3 slices bacon, cooked and sliced
- 3 large eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons red pepper, chopped
- DRESSING
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup buttermilk, whole fat
- 1 package ranch dry mix
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon truvia
- 1-2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
