These mushrooms are great with spinach and a host of other greens.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound freash mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 3 cloves cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

How To Make spiced mushrooms

  • Step 1
    Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pat dry.
  • Step 2
    Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 3
    Pile these mushrooms on spinach leaves and serve with hot garlic toast.
