- 1 pound freash mushrooms
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 3 cloves cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
How To Make spiced mushrooms

Step 1Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pat dry.

Step 2Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight.

Step 3Pile these mushrooms on spinach leaves and serve with hot garlic toast.
