Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    freash mushrooms
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp
    soy sauce, low sodium
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger
  • 3 clove
    cloves garlic, peeled and chopped

How to Make SPICED MUSHROOMS

Step-by-Step

  1. Blanch mushrooms in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and pat dry.
  2. Put all ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pile these mushrooms on spinach leaves and serve with hot garlic toast.
