Ingredients

  • 4 c
    fresh or frozen corn
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    crushed saltines
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely chopped onion
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make SCALLOPED CORN

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large bowl, combine corn, eggs, milk, 3/4 cup cracker crumbs, butter, sugar, onion, salt and pepper. Transfer into greased baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
