- 8 cups popped popcorn ( 1/2 cup unpopped kernals )3
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 teaspoons white balsamic vinegar
- 11/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried dill seed

Step 1Using a air popper, pop corn into a large bowl, pick out any popped kernels.

Step 2Place butter and balsamic vinegar into a deep bowl and microwave it for 30 to60 seconds until butter is melted. Whisk the butter and vinegar together and drizzle slowly all over the popcorn. If you get too much in one spot it will be chewy and shrivel.

Step 3As soon as the popcorn is coated with vinegar sprinkle the salt and dill evenly and shake to coat.
