Ingredients
- 1 pound shallots, peeled
- - extra virgin olive oil
- - salt to taste.
- - white pepper to taste.
How To Make roasted shallots

Step 1Heat oven to 450°F.

Step 2Put shallots in a single layer in a baking dish. Coat shallots and inside of the baking dish with olive oil.

Step 3Roast shallots for 15 minutes, shaking the dish every 5 minutes to be sure shallots are not sticking.

Step 4Turn shallots over and roast for 5 minutes more.

Step 5Add salt and white pepper to taste.
