How to Make Roasted Shallots
- Heat oven to 450°F.
- Put shallots in a single layer in a baking dish. Coat shallots and inside of the baking dish with olive oil.
- Roast shallots for 15 minutes, shaking the dish every 5 minutes to be sure shallots are not sticking.
- Turn shallots over and roast for 5 minutes more.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste.
