I enjoy roasted vegetables very much. This is a quick and easy way to add some vegetables to compliment a nice main course. This one tends to be a crowd pleaser and is so fun for kids because you can eat it with your fingers.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag string beans (about 6-8 cups)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic granulas
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan

How To Make roasted parmesan string beans

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Rinse beans. Shake off excess water, pat dry with paper towels if too wet.
  • Step 3
    Put beans in a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle oil over the top. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic. Stir to combine (I tend to just use my hands, washed of course). Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  • Step 4
    Roast for 20 - 25 minutes.
