- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup cashews, with sea salt
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt
- - cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted green beans and cashews

Step 1Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
