Ingredients For roasted green beans and cashews

  • 1 1/2 lb
    green beans, trimmed
  • 1/2 c
    cashews, with sea salt
  • 1/2 c
    onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    fine sea salt
  • cooking spray
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make roasted green beans and cashews

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.
