Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, small florets
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lawry's seasoned salt (or 1 teaspoon of salt and your favorite spices)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
How To Make really easy roasted cauliflower

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425°F, then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Cut the cauliflower into even, bite-sized pieces. (The more even the pieces, the more even the cauliflower will cook)

Step 3In a large mixing bowl, add the cauliflower pieces, melted butter, oil and all of the seasonings. Mix well, until the cauliflower is evenly coated.

Step 4Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cauliflower is brown and crispy.
