Ingredients
- 1 - head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tablespoon sae salt
How To Make raw cauliflower tabouli salad

Step 1Cut the cauliflower into florets and process in two batches.

Step 2Pour cauliflower into a large mixing bowl.

Step 3Add in all of the other ingredient into the bowl with the cauliflower and mix thoroughly.

Step 4When mixed, serve or store in the fridge until ready to use.
