Ingredients
- 1 - head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced fine
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 small lemon, juiced
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon, juiced
- 8 small pods okra, sliced in rounds
How To Make raw cauliflower tabouli salad with okra by eddie

Step 1Cut the cauliflower in florets and process in 2 batches. Wash okra and pat dry cut into rounds.

Step 2Pour cauliflower and okra into a large mixing bowl mix .

Step 3Add all of the other ingredients into the bowl with the cauliflower and okra and mix thoroughly.

Step 4When mixed, serve or store the tabouli in the fridge until your ready to serve.
