- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, unfrained
- 16 ounces can sliced beets, drained

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make pineapple beets

Step 1In a saucepan, mix broen sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add pineapple; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick, about 2 minutes. Add beets, butter and lemon juice, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
