Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus spears trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves cloves garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make oven roasted parmesan asparagus

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange asparagus in single layer on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Bake until crisp tender; approximately 8-15 minutes or until just fork tender.
  • Step 2
    Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and serve.

    NOTES Roasting time will vary depending on thickness of asparagus.
