I HAVE BEEN MAKN THIS FOREVER....GOOD WITH ANY DISH...A PERFECT SIDE :)

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 cups slicd mushrooms
  • 1/8 cup shallots, chopd
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 3/4 cup marsala
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopd
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (lite is ok)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1 cup small pasta, cookd!

How To Make mushroom thyme marsala with pasta (or not)!

  • Step 1
    SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER N OLIVE OIL...DO NOT MIX. LET IT GET COLOR...THEN AFTER 3 min. MIX.
  • Step 2
    ADD SHALLOTS N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ....THEN ADD FLOUR COOK FOR ADDNL MINUTE ;)
  • Step 3
    ADD MARSALA N THYME...COOK FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
  • Step 4
    ADD CREAM, S n P ;)
  • Step 5
    ADD COOKD PASTA.....OR U CAN ENJOY THESE DELISH MUSHROOMS WITHOUT THE PASTA :)
