Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 4 cups slicd mushrooms
- 1/8 cup shallots, chopd
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3/4 cup marsala
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopd
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (lite is ok)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 cup small pasta, cookd!

Step 1SAUTÉ MUSHROOMS IN BUTTER N OLIVE OIL...DO NOT MIX. LET IT GET COLOR...THEN AFTER 3 min. MIX.

Step 2ADD SHALLOTS N COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ....THEN ADD FLOUR COOK FOR ADDNL MINUTE ;)

Step 3ADD MARSALA N THYME...COOK FOR A MINUTE OR TWO.
