I have always been crazy about hominy and I have always been surprised by how many of my fellow Northerners have never heard of it. I grew up with it, even though none of my family is from the South. Any time I can prepare hominy in other ways besides just "out of the can," is a good time. Enjoy! Recipe: 07-31-15
