Mashed Cauliflower (Instant Pot, SCD compliant)
1 cscd yogurt made with half & half
1 tspgranulated garlic (penzeys or mccormick brand are scd compliant)
1/4 tspgranulated onion (penzeys or mccormick brand are scd compliant)
3/4 tspsalt (anywhere between 1/2-1 tsp. works, according to taste preference)
1/4 tspblack pepper
How to Make Mashed Cauliflower (Instant Pot, SCD compliant)
- Place trivet rack in Instant Pot. Place a steamer basket or fine mesh metal basket on top. Pour in 2 cups of water.
- Place cauliflower chunks in the basket. Close lid, set steam valve to sealing.
Pressure cook 4 minutes. Manual steam release. Remove lid & let sit a few minutes.
Remove steamer basket with cauliflower & rack from Instant Pot. Discard water in the bottom of the pot.
