- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour

- 1/2 cup spinach juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- PINCH - salt
- 6 ounces jalapeno cheese roll
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- - red pepper to taste

Step 1COOK SPINACH - DRAIN AND SAVE LIQUOR. MELT BUTTER OVER LOW HEAT AND STIR IN FLOUR UNTIL BLENDED AND SMOOTH. ADD LIQUOR SLOWLY - AVOID LUMPS. COOK UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK. ADD SEASONING AND CHIUNKS OF CHEESE. STIR UNTIL MELTED. COMBINE COOKED SPINACH.
