maple glazed baby carrots
Searching for healthier options that are easy as well as tasty. I found a couple of recipes on the internet, and based mine from the blog www.realsimple.com. My husband and I really enjoyed these, I give it a million thumbs up.

- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted

How To Make maple glazed baby carrots

Step 1clean and slice carrots diagonally, they should be fairly even in size

Step 2in large skillet, melt butter.

Step 3Add Carrots, syrup, and salt and pepper to skillet

Step 4Bring liquid to a boil.

Step 5Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer partially covered until carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to a glaze. Approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
