logan's fried cabbage
This is one of my hubby's favorite veggies. Once you try frying the cabbage, you will see why he loves this so much. This cabbage is good for any occasion. Cooking with Passion, sw :)

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage, sliced
- 3 ounces country ham, diced
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 medium garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon galangal, powder
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- - salt to taste {optional}
How To Make logan's fried cabbage

Step 1add bacon to a large heated skillet. fry until almost crispy. add ham and sautee for about a minute or so

Step 2add garlic, onion and bell pepper to the skillet. saute veggies until translucent. add cabbage in batches. mix the veggies real good and stir-fry the cabbage until it reduces in size. this will take about 10-12 minutes. add galangal, red pepper, cilantro and soy sauce. continue to stir fry for and additional 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness. enjoy!
