Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    (10 oz.) kohlrabi noodles (or home prepared)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lemon juice
  • ·
    salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp
    coarsely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c
    grated fresh parmesan cheese

How to Make Kohlrabi Noodle Sauté (Low Carb, Atkins, Keto)

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat olive oil in pan.
  2. Add Kholrabi noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.
  3. Saute in pan for 5 minutes until tender.
  4. Sprinkle with coarsley chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
