  • 1 package (10 oz.) kohlrabi noodles (or home prepared)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese

How To Make kohlrabi noodle sauté (low carb, atkins, keto)

  • Step 1
    Heat olive oil in pan.
  • Step 2
    Add Kholrabi noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Step 3
    Saute in pan for 5 minutes until tender.
  • Step 4
    Sprinkle with coarsley chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
