- 1 package (10 oz.) kohlrabi noodles (or home prepared)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
How To Make kohlrabi noodle sauté (low carb, atkins, keto)

Step 1Heat olive oil in pan.

Step 2Add Kholrabi noodles. Salt & pepper to taste. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the top.

Step 3Saute in pan for 5 minutes until tender.

Step 4Sprinkle with coarsley chopped parsley and parmesan cheese.
