Kale Chips Drizzled with White Truffle oil

Warning, These are addictive...perfect crunchy snack.

  • 1 bunch
    kale, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    white truffle oil

How To Make

    Wash Kale and dry completely , then "tear" into big pieces, discard stems
  • 2
    place on a cookie sheet, spread out evenly.

    bake at 350 degree for about 20-30 mins( depending on your oven).. turning a couple time with tongs so they crisp evenly.

    upon removal from oven immediately drizzle with the truffle oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper...let cool and enjoy...
