1 bunchkale, fresh
·salt and pepper
1/4 tspwhite truffle oil
How to Make Kale Chips Drizzled with White Truffle oil
- Wash Kale and dry completely , then "tear" into big pieces, discard stems
- place on a cookie sheet, spread out evenly.
- bake at 350 degree for about 20-30 mins( depending on your oven).. turning a couple time with tongs so they crisp evenly.
- upon removal from oven immediately drizzle with the truffle oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper...let cool and enjoy...
