italian style green beans
This is just a great little recipe, quick and easy, and uses ingredients that I think most people happen to have on hand most of the time. Great for the weight watcher!!

Ingredients
- 1 - 10 oz. package frozen green beans
- 1 - 14 oz. can whole peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped, but don't throw away the juice
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dired oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make italian style green beans

Step 1Combine all the ingredients (plus about 3 tablespoons of reserved juice from tomatoes) in a pan and heat to boiling. Then reduce heat.

Step 2Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes, or until the beans are done to your liking.
