Healthy Ginger-Cumin Cauliflower

1/4 cfat free low sodium chicken broth
1 tspground ginger
1 tspground cumin
1/2 Tbspground turmeric
5 cchopped cauliflower
1/8 tspblack pepper
·cilantro, for garnish
How to Make Healthy Ginger-Cumin Cauliflower
- Heat broth in large skillet. Add garlic, ginger, cumin and turmeric; saute for 1 min.
- Add cauliflower and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer until cauliflower is just ternder-crisp, about 7 min. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with cilantro.
