When it's prepared well, there's nothing that beats cauliflower. The wonderful seasoning in this ginger-cumin cauliflower recipe packs a ton of flavor and causes you to forget that you're eating healthy. Love it!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 5 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- - cilantro, for garnish

Test Kitchen Tips
If you like a softer, crisp cauliflower, simmer for 10 - 13 minutes. When simmering for 7 minutes, the cauliflower will be on the harder side. We suggest also adding a little salt, about 1 tsp.

Step 1Heat broth in a large skillet.

Step 2Add garlic, ginger, cumin, and turmeric; saute for 1 min.

Step 3Add cauliflower and water.

Step 4Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the cauliflower is just tender-crisp, about 7 minutes.
