- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 - ears of corn
How To Make grilled parmesan corn

Step 1Combine all ingredients except corn, mix well. Spread a rounded tablespoon on each ear of corn. Wrap each ear of corn in foil. Place on grill over medium low coals. Cook for 20 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
