    head of cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 small
    onion, finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Grandma's Coleslaw

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss the sliced/shredded cabbage with the vinegar and oil, tossing to coat evenly.
  2. Add salt and pepper and toss again to evenly distribute.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
