- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Step 1Place parsnips in salted water and bring to a boil. Simmer, covered. about 20 minutes. Drain. Heat remaining ingredients together in a saucepan. Pour over parsnips in serving dish. Makes 6 servings.
