Ingredients
- 4 pounds summer squash
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 - egg beaten
- - salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make fried summer squash

Step 1Wash and cut squash into 1/2" slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover with bread crumbs.

Step 2Dip into the egg and again into bread crumbs. Fry in hot shortening until browned on both sides, drain on paper towles and enjoy.
