Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 medium lemon ,juiced
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, toasted in a dry sauté pan until lightly smoky
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 - jalapeño, minced
- Directions - whisk ingredients together until well blended.
- SALAD:
- 1/2 small head,red cabbage, cut in thin ribbons(chiffonade)
- 1/2 small head savory cabbage, cut in thin ribbons(chiffonade)
- 2 large carrots, cut in thin strips (julienne)
- 1 medium red onion,minced
- 1 bunch cilantro, very roughly chopped, use stems too
- - salt and cracked black pepper to taste
How To Make daniel's caribbean coleslaw

Step 1Toss dressing with cabbage and remaining vegetables, except cilantro and marinate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add cilantro and season to taste.
