We love creamy coleslaw with pineapple. This one comes out great. Goes great with B-B-Q ribs or pulled pork. If you don't want as sweet you can use less sugar and add a little more apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients
- SLAW MIX
- 6 cups finely shredded cabbage
- 2 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 can drained pineapple chunks, diced, 18 - 20 oz.
- to taste - salt and pepper
- DRESSING
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons celery seed
- 1/2 cup milk or half & half
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make creamy coleslaw with pineapple

Step 1Toss all the slaw mix ingredients together in a large bowl.

Step 2Put all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk well

Step 3Pour dressing over slaw mix and toss well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Step 4Before serving, toss well again.
