Ingredients
- 1 package coleslaw mix [16 oz,]
- 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped -- [i prefer the thick sliced]
- 1/4 cup carrot, finely grated
- 1/8 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing, cold
- dash black pepper
How To Make coleslaw w/bacon

Step 11. Combine all ingredients. - You may need a tad more or less of the dressing. Just so it's nicely mixed, not soupy.
