MY ONE AND ONLY FAVORITE COLE SLAW RECIPE. COLORFUL AND INVITING WITH THE RED PEPPERS, CARROTS AND BACON.

Ingredients

  • 1 package coleslaw mix [16 oz,]
  • 4-6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped -- [i prefer the thick sliced]
  • 1/4 cup carrot, finely grated
  • 1/8 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/8 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing, cold
  • dash black pepper

How To Make coleslaw w/bacon

  • Step 1
    1. Combine all ingredients. - You may need a tad more or less of the dressing. Just so it's nicely mixed, not soupy.
  • Step 2
    2. Chill and serve.
