Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2/3 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- - paprika
How To Make cauliflower supreme

Step 1Cut cauliflower into florets. Cook about 6 minutes in boiling water (salted) until just tender; drain.

Step 2Combine with celery. Put into 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole.

Step 3Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, thyme, cheese and wine. Stir to blend. Spoon over cauliflower and celery. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Step 4Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until top is golden.
