Ingredients For cauliflower supreme

  • 1 md
    cauliflower
  • 2/3 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried thyme leaves
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese
  • paprika

How To Make cauliflower supreme

  • 1
    Cut cauliflower into florets. Cook about 6 minutes in boiling water (salted) until just tender; drain.

    Combine with celery. Put into 1-1/2 quart buttered casserole.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, thyme, cheese and wine. Stir to blend. Spoon over cauliflower and celery. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until top is golden.
