Ingredients
- CAULIFLOWER
- 1 large head cauliflower, sliced into steaks
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- sweet paprika
- TAHINI SAUCE
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
- salt, to taste
How To Make cauliflower steak with green tahini sauce

Step 1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet (you should have about 4). Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Roast in oven until browned and a fork can go through easily, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 2Meanwhile, place the sauce ingredients in a food processor. Process until well incorporated. It the sauce is too runny, add more tahini. Serve with the roasted cauliflower steaks.
