Ingredients

4 large
carrots
1 c
dark beer, any brand
1 tsp
sugar
1 Tbsp
butter
1/4 tsp
salt

Step-By-Step

1Peel and slice carrots into long, thin slices.
2Melt butter in medium frypan; add beer and carrots. Cook slowly until tender, stirring frequently.
3Stir in salt and sugar. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
