    sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 medium
    ripe red tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    dry oregano
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, optional
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Kraut Salad- Cancer Fighting-Salad


  1. Place drained sauerkraut in a bowl add the chopped tomatoes, and oregano sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste. Toss to blend. Drizzle with olive oil. Chill.
