1Combine cabbages, yellow and red peppers, onion, and parsley in a large bowl, stirring well, set aside. Combine vinegar, italian dressing, sugar substitute,, salt and pepper in a jar; cover tightly, and shake roughly.
2pour dressing mixture over vegetable, tossing to coat well.
