Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup low calorie italian dressing
- - sugar substitute to equal 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
How To Make california cole slaw

Step 1Combine cabbages, yellow and red peppers, onion, and parsley in a large bowl, stirring well, set aside. Combine vinegar, italian dressing, sugar substitute,, salt and pepper in a jar; cover tightly, and shake roughly.

Step 2pour dressing mixture over vegetable, tossing to coat well.

Step 3cover and refrigerate till chilled, stir coleslaw lightly and serve. ummmmmm
