Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute
- 1 can skim milk
- 6 tablespoons shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make cabbage casserole

Step 1Saute' cabbage, carrot & onion in butter until crisp-tender. Transfer into a greased shallow 2 qt. baking dish.

Step 2In a bowl combine egg, milk, swiss cheese & seasoned salt. Pour over the vegetables.

Step 3Sprinkle with parsley & parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
