Ingredients

4 c
shredded cabbage
1 c
grated carrot
1/2 c
chopped green onion
1/2 c
liquid egg substitute
1 can(s)
skim milk
6 Tbsp
shredded swiss cheese
1/2 tsp
seasoned salt
2 Tbsp
minced fresh parsley
2 Tbsp
shredded parmesan cheese

Step-By-Step

1Saute' cabbage, carrot & onion in butter until crisp-tender. Transfer into a greased shallow 2 qt. baking dish.
2In a bowl combine egg, milk, swiss cheese & seasoned salt. Pour over the vegetables.
3Sprinkle with parsley & parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
