    head shredded red cabbage
  • 2
    red apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Cabbage & apples in sweet-n-sour sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. In lg soup pot, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over med-high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 45 mins.
