- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 14 ounces chicken broth homemade or canned if canned low salt
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 2 teaspoons prepared dijon style mustard
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
How To Make brussels sprouts in mustard sauce gluten free

Step 1Dissolve cornstarch in 1/4 cup water set aside.

Step 2In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring chicken broth to a boil.

Step 3Add Brussels sprouts and cook until tender, strain reserving chicken broth and place Brussels sprouts in a warm serving dish.

Step 4Return chicken broth to stove top stir in mustard sauce and lemon juice and return to a boil. Add cornstarch mixture cook ans stir until thickens. Pour over Brussel sprouts and serve
