Ingredients
- 1/2 - cabbage head
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup stock, chicken or vegetable
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- - salt and pepper
How To Make braised cabbage w/bacon bits

Step 1In a skillet, add the olive oil, onions & peppers, saute about 5 minutes.

Step 2cut the cabbage in bite size pieces, add in.

Step 3pour the stock in and salt & pepper to taste, cover and simmer on low about 20 mins, add in the bacon bits and simmer another 10 mins.
