1Slice those wonderful home grown tomatoes (you have too many of), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
2Preheat 12" non stick skillet on high, with oil. Want a hot, hot skillet.
3Place slices carefully around bottom of pan. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute per side (depends on breed of tomatoes). Romas work well for this. Use half of season per side. Enjoy. Great weight watchers side dish.
