Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 4 medium tomatoes sliced 1/2 thick
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make blackness tomatoes

Step 1Slice those wonderful home grown tomatoes (you have too many of), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.

Step 2Preheat 12" non stick skillet on high, with oil. Want a hot, hot skillet.

Step 3Place slices carefully around bottom of pan. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute per side (depends on breed of tomatoes). Romas work well for this. Use half of season per side. Enjoy. Great weight watchers side dish.
