3 bags 2 Cups each
Ingredients
- 6 cups sweet corn, cut off the cob
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water, boiling
How To Make bette's freezer corn
-
Step 1Cut corn off cob, set aside. I do this with an electric knife, standing the ear up in the center of an angel food cake pan.
-
Step 2Pour water into large pan
-
Step 3Add sugar and salt
-
Step 4Bring water to a boil.
-
Step 5Add corn, bring to a boil and boil 2-3 minutes
-
Step 6Cool on a large rimmed cookie sheet, or half baking sheet. I set mine up in the freezer for 20-30 minutes, then bag it up and let it freeze fairly solid before sealing with my seal a meal.
